A Simple, Robust Loop Winder
Our Winders are technically advanced winding machines that use AC motors with vector drives. Speed selection is continuously variable as opposed to the fixed range of mechanical gearbox winders. Operator controls are contained within a freestanding pedestal console.
Ready for Demanding Applications
Our winders are custom built to meet each customer’s particular work demands. They can come equipped with integrated cabling for use with turn taping machines, wire tension devices and smart dereelers. They can be prewired for light curtain or safety mat integration. (Light curtain and safety mats are not included.)
Also available is a complete range of loop bar accessories for your winding operation. We can offer a custom-built winder solution should your winder requirement not fit our standard machine specifications.
Loop Winder Features
Pre-set counter automatically stops winder rotation when number of revolutions is reached. Controls include emergency stop, spindle rotation speed, and spindle direction.
