| SCA - AUTOMATIC COIL FORMERS |
| Fully Automatic, High Quality, Consistent Coil Forming |
| Gain the Advantage of Fully Automatic, High Quality, Consistent Coil Forming for both Flat Coil and Traditional Coil Manufacturing. |
|
CAM offers a complete line of Automatic Coil Forming Machines designed for 1, 2, 2½, 3, 3½ and 4-meter long coils. All of these machines utilize the same state-of-the-art Automatic Coil Forming Technology and can be used to produce either traditional coils or the flat coil type. The SCA Series of Automatic Coil Forming Machines clamp onto the coil’s slot and knuckle while servomotors spread the coil and extend tooling along each leg in order to perfectly shape it to the precise specified dimension. Once programmed, the SCA2000 and the other larger and smaller SCA Automatic Coil Formers repeat the process for every coil required for a complete stator set.
Produces Perfectly Matched Set of Stator Coils in minutes!
Step 1 – Select the preprogrammed coil loop and finished coil specifications profile from the systems computer. Step 2 – Place the loop in the machine. Step 3 – Push start button
