Dimensions

Step 1 – Select the preprogrammed coil loop and finished coil specifications profile from the systems computer. 

Step 2 – Place the loop in the machine.

Step 3 – Push start button

The SCA2000 clamps onto the coil’s slot and knuckle while servomotors spread the coil and extend tooling along each leg in order to perfectly shape it to the precise specified dimension.  Once programmed, the SCA2000 repeats the process for every coil required for a complete stator set.

Note: Power Supply is a Three-phase voltage 50 or 60 Hz. Tooling required for slot clamps, knuckle pins and plates, leg radius forming and coil corner forming.
